  • Class meets 1 hour per week.

    Classes are structured to include art history, sketching, work on our main project and positive group critiques.Students learn how to compose, make decisions, draw, look and think about art.Regular attendance is critical for success. Most students attend for years and become very skilled artists.

    Drops must be received in the office by the 23rd of the month prior to dropping.

    No contract or long term commitments. Stay for as long as you love it.

  • We have lots of make-ups available if you can’t make your regular class. Simply call, text or email to reserve a spot in another class. Make-ups need to be taken the same week as missed class to stay on track with the curriculum.

Big things happen in 2/4! Our technical skills develop at a rapid pace and creative expression sky-rockets. At this level each students ability to match technique with vision begins to form. We become stronger in composition, shading, proportion, mood, etc. Students begin sketching and making stylistic decisions in their work. We also begin to learn about pacing, editing and focus. For students who truly have a love for art -this is the level that changes art from hobby to passion.
